Here are a few quick details about how we work together:
Clear Deliverables: During our call, we'll discuss your specific HubSpot goals and create a tailored plan. Your agreement will include a detailed set of Priority Items so we can stay aligned, run an effective Kickoff Call, and get started right away.
No Surprises Approach: Unlike many agencies, we don't nickel-and-dime for every "out of scope" request. Our plans are intentionally flexible to accommodate your evolving HubSpot needs.
Flexible Partnership: Our service agreements are designed to grow with your needs. We typically recommend a 3-6 month initial term (which includes discounted pricing) followed by month-to-month renewal, giving you both stability and flexibility.
Simple Payment Structure: We offer both monthly billing, pay-as-you-go, and upfront payment options (with additional savings). All invoices are Net-15.
Once everything is signed, we'll share onboarding details up to 7 days before your contract start date. This is to ensure we can hit the ground running.
We'll need:
- Your meeting and communication preferences moving forward.
- Access to HubSpot which can also be given on the contract start date or during the Kickoff Call.
As part of our client onboarding process, we review your onboarding information, call notes, and company website to select the right Solutions Manager and Client Success Manager for you.
All our team members are HubSpot certified and have extensive experience in:
- Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
- B2B, B2C, Agency, and/or internal work
- Multiple industries
- Developing HubSpot solutions that make a direct impact on the client
You'll schedule your Kickoff Call after the Onboarding form. We'll discuss relevant processes and business details around your needs. This may include:
- Team structure and roles
- Primary marketing channels and custom acquisition methods
- Channel strategy
- Lead qualification and routing criteria
- Handover processes from marketing to sales
- Deal creation and management
- Onboarding and customer satisfaction processes
- Existing or new data to be captured for automation and reporting
The Priority Items outlined in the agreement are directly addressed in the Kickoff Call.
After the Kickoff Call, we meet internally to review all information collected so far and start building out the tasks.
From there, you may receive additional communication from us to get clarification or more details on a task. In our next meeting, we'll discuss work completed so far, what's next, and any new priorities.
